Cinnabar Hills is a Gold Mine.

Cinnabar Hills is as good as golf gets in the coastal mountains of California. The 3 distinct nine hole courses (Lake, Mountain and Canyon) are all breathtaking with elevated tees, expansive fairways and undulating fast rolling greens. A “Must Play”.

Coyote's Better Half

Greens were in great condition, rolled true. Sand traps on the other hand were very thin. Hit very hard rock like surface under just a film of sand. The holes on the east side of Hwy 101 had alot of charector. Distinguishing this course from the Valley Course.

Fazio Friendly

This has got to be one of Tom Fazio's more user friendly tracks. Generous fairways with side slopes to help keep your ball in play. Nice undulating greens with backboards you could always throw long shots into and they'd roll back. One of my favorites.

Over the mountains and thru the woods.

What an adventure this track was! No way you could walk this course unless you brought along a Sherpa!
If you like elevated teeboxes - you'll love this place. If
you like postage stamp greens - you'll like this place.
If you like being able to hit driver on every par 4 or 5 - you'll like this course. And how about a 675 yard par 6 to cap your day off? It's potentially reachable in 2 if
you bomb your drive, so if an albatross is on your bucket list in golf, this is your chance.

Bailey's the Best

Wow, what a find. If there's a drought going on in this state you sure can't tell at this place! Generous lush fairways with absolutely beautiful trees. Greens
were bowled for the most part which I really enjoyed.
Couldn't get enough of this place!

Greens need help.

Overall the course was in pretty good shape. They've done a much appreciated re-do of the 5th green. Sadly there seems to be a temporary mottling of the greens, which made some putts difficult.

Disneyland Greens

These are both PGA Championship courses. If you have the firepower, and keep up your pace of play, both these courses should be played from the tips.
Only from the champoinship tees when you are hitting 280 yard drives can you truly see what the designers were thinking when they built this place.
Both courses are phenomenal, and the greens are not for the faint of heart.

Very driver friendly! Fairways sculpted beautifully.

If you like Fazio courses - don't miss this one. Lots of elevated tee boxes. Generous fairways often with bowled features making them
very user friendly. Beautiful water features including waterfalls and
lakes, surrounded by pines and conifers. Visually very pleasing.
Greens were in great shape and rolled true. Can't wait to play the palm lined desert course next door.
