As a “Snow Bird”, I only play PPCC in the fall
& winter, but have done so fairly regularly the last 7 years. The course had gone through a 2-3 year improvement - time & money out into the fairways, rough, cart paths make what is a wonderful layout a better and better trac!
Staff has always been friendly and helpful!!!

Ocassionally play Palmetto-Pines CC over the years, but more recently as they have done a nice job bringing it back up to good condition: greens are wonderful; tee boxes and fairways much improved!
The track/layout is excellent - good mix of very challenging holes with a few “scoring” holes mixed in.
Some long difficult par 4’s to challenge the best golfers,
a good mix of short to long distant par 3’s, and enough water on the course to keep long hitters honest.
I enjoy the course, even more as it is continues to be brought back to quality condition!

The winter drought and a lot of play have taken its toll on the course - now hard, dry and at times hard to take a comfortable divot and no fluff on the course right now anywhere

Interesting course in good shape. It has been very dry for months, but the course was good! Greens a little slower than most I play, but well manicured and rolled true.
I would have preferred either GPS or at least sprinklerhead yardages. Arrowhead has neither and at $100+, that was a negative for me - the only negative.
Staff was great, includingstarter, rangers, cart girl and bar/grill personnel!

Played it from the forward tees (#3) while playing with 3 senior members. Will be interested to see how it plays from further back.
Pretty narrow/challenging from the tee box for 1/3-1/2 of the holes. Greens very consistent - fast for as soft as they were. Traps were a bit inconsistent.
Look forward to playing it again!

Looks like the new clubhouse and range, chipping and putting areas will be wonderful upgrades.
Course was good, services efficient, weather perfect. Greens were a little slow, but very true.
Good day on the course

The course, though better than in past, is good & bad! Tee boxes have been reseeded, as well as green aprons. Greens are always very good, fast and consistent. Fairways and rough are very similar - little grass; a lot of weeks, dirt, not very fairway like

It was a good, fun round of golf. Rangers were visible, but did not need to intervene as our round took just over 4 hours for 2 first-time visitors plus 2 that had played here before.
A fair course with a lot of sand & water (Florida). The only slight down-side was the soft, slow greens - very possibly due to the unseasonably hot, humid weather!
Staff was great! And having Duffy's on-site is a strong attribute!!!

3rd enjoyable time playing this track. A tee box for every level player. Plenty of sand and water, but you can play the course layout and not just to avoid the hazards. Greens were fast, but rolled true. .
