I know it's hot in August but the course is in great shape...grab the afternoon hot deal time and there will be nobody on the course. Played by myself in 3 hrs. Nobody plays here in the afternoon. However that also means you will not see a beverage cart. Only even saw the ranger once while I was coming up 18. Fairways and greens all cut nicely.

Course is really playing the best of the year right now. Fairways are in great shape and greens have maintained their condition all season (still fast!). Love this place. Be prepared for a 4:30-5 hr round on the weekends and don't act annoyed when it is. This place is booked solid on the weekends....and it should be!

They've really done a great job with this course. Seems to be fairly easy to get a tee time most days and course is in very good shape. Open enough to keep my driver in play on all holes when it drifts to the right! All holes are enjoyable, including a late water trap on #9 and a 194 yard Par 3 for number 11. I'll play here as much as I can!
