Course layout requires high level course management skills. Tree lined fairways and overhanging branches will challenge your driving skills. Greens vary in size and speed but rolled nicely. Bermuda grass ruff was difficult made it difficult to make solid contact with the ball. Overall, the course was well maintained and pleasing to the eye. Not a course for a novice or high handicap golfer.

Fairways and greens in good condition. Course under new ownership who are making improvements on several tee boxes. Cart computers are not functioning because previous ownership did not pay the tech company's support bill. No fairway distance markers available so needed to use my range finder on every shot. The course was fair but challenging with several hidden greens from the tee box on the back nine. All in all I enjoyed my golfing experience at the course.

The course fairways are very forgiving and in good condition for early spring. The greens are in excellent condition. The putts rolled true with consistency on every hole. The bunkers are filled adequately with soft smoothed sand. It was a great golf experience for me and my friends.

This Is a typical Nicholas designed course. Bunker laidened fairways and ungulating greens. The desert views are engaging and photo worthy. The course has several long par 4 holes where you need to be a long driver to get there in two no matter what tee box you use. The greens are difficult to read as there are very shuttle breaks like the tour players were experiencing at the President's Cup in the Nicholas designed course in South Korea. That said, the fairways were opened enough to land your drive safely. The ball sat well in the fairway so you second shot was set up to hit it well. All in all, it was a challenging but fun to play.
