First time playing here, got a Hot Deal and saved $$. As other recent reviewers have noted, the course is in great shape. The layout is interesting and plays shorter than the actual yardage.

I took off a star because there was no course marshal and the group behind us hit into us 3 times. We were keeping up with the group ahead of us, so there was absolutely no reason for this to happen. After the biggest guy in our foursome waited at the tee and spoke to them directly, they hit into us again and we picked up their ball. They stopped doing it after that....

Hadn't played here for a couple of months and was pleased to find great conditions all around. Tee boxes were in good shape. Fairways well groomed and filled in nicely with grass. Greens nice, a little slow. Played with a couple of nice guys and were able to play in less than 4.5 hours with only a little waiting along the way. Nice to see a marshal roaming the course, too.

Haven't played here since last summer, when it was dry, hard and fairly bare of grass. Now the fairways are green, however the green is mostly clover and dandelion leaves, cut to a semi rough height. Needless to say, for a short hitter, this made nearly every shot energy sapping and there was no roll at all. Tee boxes were fair to poor. Greens were better than last summer. The fellow in the shop was very friendly and the green fee was a bargain.

We last played here a couple months ago, when the course was in pretty rough shape. Glad to report it is now significantly improved, with very minimal bare/boggy areas. Greens were somewhat slow and bumpy. Some bunkers under repair. Slowish groups ahead of us, seemingly due to golfers thinking they could drive the green, "only" 300 yards away.....Overall a nice round and we will be back.

Beautiful weather,, surprisingly uncrowded. Able to play 18 in less than 4 hours. Tee boxes and fairways were in pretty good shape. Bunkers well groomed. A couple of the greens had dead/burned out areas but most were in good shape. Friendly, helpful staff. We will be back!

Despite the ongoing wet weather, conditions were better than expected. Fairways and greens pretty decent, with only a few soggy areas. Pace of play was slow, taking almost 5 hours to play 18.

I have played here about 8 times before and conditions today were pretty bad in comparison. Tee boxes were ok. Fairways were poor, overall, with blotchy areas of poor grass growth and tons of goose poop. Ending holes had fairways that needed mowing. Greens were ok, with a few that were covered in goose poop. The waterfowl infestation here was noticeably worse than before. I like this course quite a lot but am hoping conditions improve.

Hadn't been to Mount Si for a couple of months. The course was in great shape, considering how much wet weather we have had recently. Few areas of water remaining but much better than what I was expecting.

Had a foggy start but the sun eventually came out. Course a little wet in places but in good shape overall. Greens nice. Gotta play it before the winter misery sets in!

I continue to be impressed at how nice the conditions are at Foster these days, especially compared to other courses in the area. They have clearly made an effort to minimize any dead areas in the fairways, keep the rough reasonable and have nice greens. Thank you!!

Haven't played here for about 6 weeks and was very pleasantly surprised to see how hard the groundskeeping staff has worked to make the course so nice. Easily the best it's been since I've started playing here a few years ago. Thank you and I'll be back soon.

Despite recent very rainy weather, the course was pleasantly dry, for the most part. I had last played here a few months ago and the fairways were very muddy. The grass is now fairly lush and much improved. Greens were in good shape. Other than the pace of play being a little slow, it was an enjoyable round.

First time playing here. Course reviews I read seemed favorable. The grass seems to suffer from lack of water as there were many brown and bald areas, including on the greens, Where the fairways had grass, there were numerous weed clumps (looked like clover), making for uneven lies.. Interesting layout and better conditions would make this a five star course, for me.

First time playing here, on a blustery, rainy day that ended sunny. Greens recently aerated but ok for putting. Several areas of ground under repair, which I appreciate that the staff is addressing problem areas, unlike so many other courses that simply ignore this stuff. The layout forces you to stop hitting to the right and not hit over the green - useful lessons in general. Overall enjoyable and i will be back.

Greens have recently been aerated however putting was not really affected by that. Weather was dry and a little windy. No one really out ahead of us, allowing for a fairly speedy round, Tee boxes and fairways in really nice shape. Definitely one of the best courses in the area!
