The fairways and greens are in good shape. The sand traps are not. No sand and plenty of rocks (bolders). Unless you're playing from the red tees the course has no senior tees.

Good course for keeping up on your game considering I usually play on flatter terrain.
International Club of Myrtle Beach

I have played a few courses in this area in the last few weeks. This time of the year, it is hard to find one in excellent shape. This course is in excellent shape for this time of the year.
Beachwood Golf Club

This course was in great shape compared to the recent ones played in Myrtle Beach. Course was over seeded but the lies were still a little tight. I would recommend this course.
The Plantation Golf Club - Cranes Roost Course

Kings Ridge Golf Club - Kings Course
Played On 10/31/2013This course has great potential. I had not been there since new owners four years ago. I thought because of the of the owner name it would be better.
The course had us for 11:28. They had a shotgun start for eight p. m. Needless to say we had to wait for the shotgun to finish. We tee off and was told we would have to return to the tee and wait for the shotgun start to finish. The only improvement done on the corse since new owners was extended new cart path.
Monarch Golf Club at Royal Highlands

I like this course. I do play it quiet regularly. The staff is always friendly. The course had just been airated but not in too bad condition for that being done. I like it because it is always in cood condition and it is geared to seniors meaning it is not too long. You do have a choice of playing the tips at 6,000 yards
