I really enjoyed my round today. Paired up with very nice guys. The condition was very good and a good test. Lots of blind tee shots and many doglegs. Big greens in good shape although a bit slow.
Maple Moor Golf Course

Westchester County poured a substantial amount of money into Maple Moor and it has reopened recently. The course is NOT ready! The entire course was shabby except the greens. However, the greens were very slow.
Example: The first fairway was fully resided and was pretty brown.
The county really needed to put more work into the course before opening to the public!

A very good layout which is challenging but fair. Course is in very good shape. A little slow, almost 4.5 hours. The rangers should keep it moving a little more. Overall enjoyed a really good course!

I enjoy this course as it provides a good layout and a good challenge. It was a bit slow but still finished in under 4:20.
Monday's are tough as they sand the greens but still a good test for your game
