Conditions were just okay. Greens were bumpy and had patches of other grasses. Fairways were patchy. Course layout was awkward. Too many forced layups.
Mount Dora Golf Club

Such a shame because this layout is very cool and unique. It's clear there is no money going into this facility. Fairways and rough are just whatever will grow. No specific turfgrass. Greens were just okay. They get scuffed up very easily.
Twin Rivers Golf Club

Everything at Twin Rivers is just okay at best. Greens very patchy, tees unlevel, fairways decent. Staff not friendly or welcoming.
Eagle Dunes Golf Club

Range balls terrible. Range tee was all dirt. Pro Shop almost empty. No merchandise. Tee areas okay. Fairways were all weeds. Rough and green surrounds bad. Greens slow but we’re healthy and consistent. Carts were okay. Layout was quirky and not great. I wouldn’t drive 40 minutes again.

Mission Inn Resort & Club - El Campeon Course

Excellent day playing El Campeon. Great layout. Doesn’t fell like Florida. Greens are good for time of year.

Fairways were pretty bad. Looks like they may be struggling financially. Greens were not bad surprisingly.
Highlands Reserve Golf Club

No Marshall working. Super slow group in front. Pro came out and did not effectively handle situation. Course great value.
Deer Island Country Club

Only paid $19 and it was okay for that price. Glad I didn't pay $50. If I did I'd feel cheated. Still looking for that $30 course that is worth $60.
