Painted Mountain Golf Club

Our only issue when booking is it would have been nice to know it was Cart Path Only due to overseeding. Had my 76 year old father playing with us and he made it, but would have not played this time because of it.
Schalamar Creek Golf Club

After reading the reviews I thought I’d see a much better conditioned coarse. Although the greens rolled true thy were filled with weeds and burnout spots, fairways were spotty and several water filled bunkers. Very disappointed.
Not worth the trip
We traveled from Myrtle to play this coarse. Not worth the trip. Bunkers in bad shape, grass overgrown around bunkers, greens not mowed and fairways in rough shape. The layout is very nice and challenging, but the shape of coarse is not good.
Diamondback Golf Course

Great coarse condition with the exception of the bunkers. Very hard and not maintained. There was a group of 6 in front of us that we caught on the back 9, called the Pro Shop and they took care of it immediately.
Will certainly return.
Azalea Sands Golf Course

Played here before and hasn’t been too bad. Today, horrible. Weeds, dry rough, rough greens and no drinks available for sale. Clubhouse was like a going out of business sale that had sold everything already. Very disappointed.

Azalea Sands Golf Course

We paid $25 for a Sunday afternoon play from a Hot Deal. The Clubhouse was still closed from a January 3rd pipe burst and flooding. Greens were very bumpy but the fairways were is pretty good shape. Pace of play was great until were ran into a 5-6 player group in front of us. WHY!!!!!
Windsor Parke Golf Club

A bachelor party in front of us a few holes created a horrible slow play day. Wish the ranger had told us this prior to reaching hole 13 and telling us they were trying to move them along. The pro shop guy didn’t seem to care after I went in to comment about it as well. Too bad.
