Course was generally in poor condition. Greens, tees and fairways were chopped up and soggy. Tee boxes were especially poor. I will prefer to not play here in the future.

I've played Royce Brook many, many times and this was the worst shape I've seen it in. The fairways were in good shape, but the bunkers were horrendous and many of the greens were in need of TLC. On many greens, the previous hole locations weren't replaced but halfway filled with sand. I'm not sure for the reasoning behind this but it was unfortunate. You'd think with the fewer rounds being played and it being spring, the course would be pristine. Not the case. I hope this isn't an omen for this course because the layout is strong.

This is a short and tight parkland course with some really neat elevation changes. This is a challenging layout and the greens are quite small and undulated. This course will challenge your ball striking and short game. It was a in very good shape.

Played this course after not having played here in a while. Course was in good shape and the greens were in really good shape. Course has an interesting layout, with some really interesting and odd holes (#10 especially). One note - course must not drain well because it was quite wet and most of the bunkers had a lot of water in them.
