Beautiful course, well maintained. A lot of sand traps, no water for this time of year. Front nine good pace but we bumped against 2 foursomes on back and cut 4 holes off to finish in daylight. Would play this course again with earlier tee time.

You can feel the Palm Desert history as you golf this course. The homes that line the course harken to days gone by. It is simple in the way holes are marked and a little narrow in some places. I golfed alone and did a fair amount of waiting for the twosome in front of me. Get your water/snacks before heading out as there is no server driving the course. The course was dormant in a lot of places but still nice.

I am not a good golfer. I golf for fun and the overall experience. This course definitely meets the resort feel I like when I go. Spectacular views from all directions. It was very hot so an early tee time helped. The area for bag drop and phone not very obvious to me but once I knew where to go it was very smooth. Todd was very prompt to come for my clubs and held them while I had lunch after. Will definitely golf here again.
