We have vacationed in Hilton Head every year for the past five years. Rose Hill has struggled over the last few years.
The new clubhouse is great. New carts are great. Sand traps were the best maintained of all the courses we have played this year.
Fairways could be cut and the greens really need attention, Lots of weeds and some kind of animal digging for grubs and staff had not been out to clean them up even though our Tee Time was at 9 a.m.
If they spend a few dollars on the green it will be a great course for the money.

The course was in great shape. Pace of play was good and we finished 18 in 3.5 hours.

I would recommend this course to anyone who wants to tune up there fairway wood off the tee and short irons into the greens.

Course includes 5 holes where driver can be called for which provides an opportunity for using everything in the bag while concentrating on short irons.

Course was in great shape even though we had received tons of rain over the few days prior to playing.

Our day began with a bit of error about the tee time. We had be scheduled to tee off in the middle of a small seniors tournament. The staff wanting to avoid our being delayed by the pay of play arranged for us to tee off on the 10th hole rather than the first.

The course was in good condition for the time of year. Many blooms to enjoy.

The sand traps were a little light on sand and I found myself grounding my club on several occasions.

Staff were amazing and the hot dog at the end of the round was delicious.

Looking forward to playing the course again.
