Golf at the Legacy
Played On 09/11/2020A great value for a golf outing
We have played The Legacy course on multiple occasions and have never been disappointed. It is one of the better publically available courses in the area and recommended by us for a simple challenge, true greens, and quality conditions.
Faribault Golf & Country Club
Played On 07/19/2020Worthwhile course
It was the first time playing this course. Overall good condition, well manicured greens. The fairways were definately a bonus over the rough. I would play the course again, bit there are better options in the area in the same price range.
Emerald Greens Golf Club - Gold Course
Played On 06/13/2020Decent enough course
The course was conveniently located for each of us. We would play there again. It is early after the virus closing so giv9ng the staff some leeway for not being the friendliest.
Pine Island Golf Course
Played On 08/15/2020Enjoyable course ~
Enjoyable course, more target than bomb away, and the greens have decent speed with a true roll
Ma Cal Grove Country Club
Played On 04/29/2018Great old course...will play again this summer!
I had not been back to Ma Cal Grove since the mid-80's. It did not disappoint. Although the winter had not fully left the course in the next few weeks I am sure it will green up and the winter spots will be gone. The course is always well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is in a low number of smaller town rural courses that "fit" the land they were built on. The course is entertaining to play and easy enough to get around for any skill level. Recommend for any one wanting to get away from the crowds and play a nice course.
Loggers Trail Golf Club
Played On 10/21/2017Loggers Trail worth the drive!
First time at Loggers Trail. The weather was wet and windy, but the staff and course were warm and welcoming! We were impressed by the course condition, pace of play, and lay out. We talked about it on the back nine and we will definitely make the hour and twenty minute drive to play it again. This course is recommended for anyone, and particularly the golfer that prefers money be spent on the course instead of the club house!
The Jewel Golf Club
Played On 08/09/2016Best course in the area for public play!
A round at The Jewel is always worth the drive. The only thing better is to play to course when the valley is in full fall color!
