You never know what to expect playing a course in early February. This course was in good shape for a normal month, nevermind taking into account what time of the year it was! The layout is gorgeous with the Marsh playing into many holes. I will say that the slope doesn't lie, it's a challenging course, but worth a play and we will definitely return.

Sad to only give this 2*. We played this course 3 years ago and it was great. Today, not the case at all. Greens were in rough shape, looked like they were losing a few. Fairways were hard and and had random dead patches of sand throughout. Weeds over growing the fairways in spots. Tee boxes were torn up. Typically Founders courses are pretty solid, right now Southcreek isn't playing like that at all

We played this course this past weekend. It was a very nice course with a good range. Clubhouse is right on the ICW, it's great to sit out there and watch the boats go by while having lunch. The course itself was in great shape, the greens rolled nice, fairways and tee boxes were plush. Layout was excellent The pace of play however, was flat out terrible. We were backed up every single hole from #2 on and it took 5:30 to play 18. In the hundreds of rounds i've played in my lifetime this was by far the slowest. Even the ranger admitted that they booked to many tee times, every 8 minutes from 7:30-3. Clean up the pace of play and this is an excellent course. Quit being greedy!

Like many of the other founders courses in the MB area this course is consistent. Fairways, greens in good shape and rolling well. My only complaint is while there was rangers, they did not push the pace of play. We constantly waited for a group in front of us, and it was open in front of them.

Like most of the other Founders club courses i've played TPC was solid! Good layout, good pace of play and good rolling greens and fairways. It was cart path only because of all the rain, which was a bit of a pain given the heat index was over 100. My only complaint was the lack of water on the course for the first 9. The beverage cart was broken, and many of the water coolers were empty for our first 9. If it's going to be cart path only on a hot day, ya have to make sure there is water out there.

WE played this course as a filler because everything else was booked up, and honestly, i wish we had just slept in! Tough to tell what was fairway, rough, and even greens. Clubhouse was closed, but don't worry they have some very stinky porta potty's! Not a drop of water in any of the coolers on the course, trash cans over flowing(this was first thing in the AM). We will never play again.

This was our second annual trip to MB and the 16th course played and by far the best, maybe the best i've ever played anywhere. Not a detail was left behind. From the tee-boxes, to fairways, to the greens all lush. Even the grass at the driving range was lush! We are making a special trip in a few weeks and the main reason is to play this course again!
