The course for this time of year is as good or better than most places. The greens roll good and are not burnt out or bumpy at all. Staff seems nicer than in the past. Hopefully they keep the guys in place. Great overall experience for this time of year

First time playing in the new season, course is in great shape and only will get better when the greens are fully cut down.

Unfortunate that course does not have beverage cart but they do explain which is fair.

Pace of play was fair 4:20 minutes with only backlog on 10 because of said beverage situation.

We will be back alot this winter

Instead of Painted Mountain they should change the course name to mounded tee or round tee golf club....

This course is a fun layout and the staff is friendly, hopefully in the future the course takes a serious look at getting the tee boxes closer to level.

Also, the prices for on course beverages forces players to carry on.

Just suggestions, the course and staff are fun and always a good time

I always have enjoyed this course. The greens are in great shape and the course is always well maintained.
The only issue I have has was purchasing the discounted food ticket, when I got to the restaurant they didn’t honor it if I didn’t buy a meal, so I couldn’t use it, then my playing partners that came in later were allowed to use it for 1 beer.
When I explained this to the shop my next visit they simply shrugged and said ohh well.

I was disappointed in that reaction, but having said that, I will continue to play here and bring others as this was a hopefully isolated incident

First time I have played in the summer months and was happy to see the course is still in good shape.

I absolutely love the new range ball policy because now there is always good grass to warm up on... Thank you whoever came up with that idea.

I am guessing it’s due to costs, but it would be nice to have a prepared server for the early tee times to get coffee ect, or at least equip the front desk to have a fridge with some beverage options for players who need the hair of the dog to get started. Other than that, the course and experience was top notch

I have been very impressed in the work that has been done to make the golf course one of the more playable courses in the area. While other courses in the valley have dropped their standards AZ Golf Resort has improved overall course conditions specifically in their greens. The staff is also one of the best in the local area as well. Everyone is friendly and professional.

Haven’t played the course in awhile so decided to play again. I left saying that I will Ben back much Moreno this coming season. The course was in great shape for the price point and the staff wasn’t very friendly all the way around. We decided to have lunch afterwards and found that the food is a great deal and quality. I also found out about the great things the resort does for the community which impressed me as well. I will definitely be back more often in the future and bring friends

I used to play Dobson Ranch regularly in the early 2000’s but have only played once since then. The course is still a great challenge and in excellent shape. The best compliment I can give is that my playing partners that never played the course before were amazed by how it played. Sneaky tough was the consensus with the greens being in great shape and hard to score if you’re in the wrong spots. The shop staff needs a lesson in customer experience but that’s not uncommon for a muni track. We were one of the first groups off so pace of play was good.

We played today and the course was in much better shape than anticipated considering the the price. The tee boxes, and greens were in good shape and the fairways were fair and on par with most courses in the summer. The only critique I can say is that the lady in the pro shop should cheer up. This is common when I play there and it’s unfortunate because the rest of the staff is great. But as she is the first person of interaction, it always sets the tone for the start of the round a little negative. Having said that, Viewpoint is in good summer shape and worth the value.
