Played On 06/18/2016Worst Golf Course and Customer Service Experience
Upon paying for the course on Golf Now, I selected 18 holes. When arriving to the course I was notified that 18 holes actually meant playing the same 9 holes twice. The golf cart barely started to drive up to the first tee box which was 5ft from the club house. On the first hole we encountered a man walking his dog across the first fairway from the apartment complex, a random kid walking across. While putting on the 1st green a large wild dog ran right by me with no owner in site.
I decided to drive back to the clubhouse as the course was unfit to play and somewhat unsafe. The clubhouse attendant instructed me that she could not refund my card and only Golf Now could. I am still waiting for a refund as we did not finish the round.
The customer experience was absolutely terrible and it is frustrating to know Golf Now promotes a course like this.
