Stayed at moody gardens booked the round through golfnow used a golfpass code played for free so let’s talk about the course and layout awesome well kept great layout I will definitely come back and highly recommended to anyone !!!!

hot day tees were moved up course in great condition back nine was backed up lots of groups golfers on Thursday afternoon i would highly recommend this course!!!

the golf course was perfect tee to green the staff from check in to practice range to the marshals were very friendly.. the bar and food was excellent ... i only get to play black-horse when i find a great price on golfnow under 40.00 i got a hot deal for 38.00 money well spent .. i love blackhorse it is topnotch in my book i will be back and highly recommend it to all and i birdied 18 on north course i hit a 7 iron 155 to 3 feet made birdie >>>>>

if i was the gm of this property is to bring the golf course back to original conditions it takes money i get it .. so first you close 1 nine on a daily or weekly basis and fix as much youre budget will allow 2nd marketing the facility improve the dining room offer happy hour specials after 4 in summer months the course has a good old fashion fair lay out the company needs to fix the course then market and get more revenue generated golf now is great gentelman capitlism is awesome i have a golf pass i play alot longwood needs to be revamped aka jersey village guy is revamping

I had the course to myself cartpath only green we’re great enjoyed the course like always enjoy hit em straight,,

Greens were fast firm looks like the sprayed the greens for winter the rest of the grass was dormant,, staff friendly great layout challenging I can’t wait for spring to play Del largo Walden la torretta again. Thanks

I have played the north last week and the south this week,, the only detail that needs work is the bunkers the storm did a number on them other than that tea to green especially the green s are awesome highly recommend this course to any player

course is way over due for maintenance overseeding trimming i think the owner has ran out of money the layout is fine the course needs love to bring it back ,, for 20 bucks its nice to play but the greens are bumpy and youre ball wont roll straight
