Great Course, interesting layout.

This is one of those courses where you would have to play or drive up to the fairway to see where you need to hit on a couple holes. I got paired with a couples guys that gave me the lines otherwise I think I would have got myself in trouble a couple times. Really good par 4's, tough par 3's and fun par 5's. Course conditions were fantastic and once the greens would be healed from aeration I'm sure that the would be awesome to put on. Unfortunately this course gets a fair amount of play pace was 4:30 hours for a threesome on a Friday early afternoon. The only major negative is price of food at the turn $5 for a gatorade and a candy bar, that's $2 dollars more than most every course around home. As far as the course it is a must play it is challenging, but it doesn't beat you over the head like some of Dyes other layouts.

Great Bones

This course is very challenging to play, it has a good variety of holes. The things to watch out for is how hard the ground typically is the greens are awesome, maybe a little slow if anything but they roll very well. The ball runs out nicely on drives and most holes do not take driver out of your hands, and the ones that do are pretty fun to layup you just don't hit it you have to think. The scorecard has good information on each hole which is typical of the myloopgolf scorecards. You shouldn't have any problems finding your way around the course if you follow the signs, however this is not a good course to walk due to several lengthy drives, being that it is built around a residential community.

More than meets the eye.

The staff of the course and the regulars make this course, Mickey is a great guy and is the type of person that will do anything for you. You will probably have to fluff your ball at times on the course. However no two holes are alike on this course. You can pretty much get out anytime, but I would try not to tee off from like 9-10 because that is when the daily skins game starts. I play this course when I want to just kick back and relax or in the winter. There are some really fun holes and ones that if you misplace your tee shot you are going to be looking at some big numbers, however this course will reward well struck shots. The greens generally will not hold too well and just shy of the greens it will be firm (just so you know)

Awesome Layout that gets no play in the fall apparently.

Played after a long time wanting to get up here to try it out. It definitely has the modern style golf design to it. The greens were firm and fast, I know some said they were terrible and others said they were great, but if there was a rough spot there was no pin near it. Really besides the bunkers, which they are in the process of renovating,, the course is as good of shape as you could expect a course in Ohio to be in the fall. I played in 2:20 as a single, mainly because of the difficulty of the course however some holes play 30 yards
+ shorter than the card with the downhill holes such as the last 450 par 4, but hit driver 280 (normally 250) then was left with 170 in fairly manageable I'd say. There are some really spectacular holes here and houses that will make you want to puke because they are so extravagant (none come into play). I made an hour drive to play and would do it again, hopefully I can bring some buddies back to play next time.
