The Olympic at Gold Mountain Golf Course
Played On 11/25/2017Good winter course
Played a casual round with a cart in 3.5 hours. Course was generally in good shape despite recent rains and greens that appeared to have been punched 30+ days ago. Other than some fuzzy greens, my wife, who had never played the course before, and I enjoyed the round which had some challenging pin positions.
The Cascade at Gold Mountain Golf Course
Played On 06/21/2015Great value proposition
My wife and I (fairly experienced golfers in our mid-40's; she'd never played the course before, I hadn't played it in several years) walked 18 early SUN a.m. and finished in 4.25 hours with another two-some that were below average golfers but 'ready' and in a cart. Straightforward layout (if you don't like some steep hills, don't walk) that won't test big hitters but course was in solid shape, greens were consistent (slower uphill but true) and the starter drove the course and kept groups moving; every staff person I came into contact with was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Easy location to access from highways or ferry and great value for an early a.m. weekend round.
