T-boxes. Bumpy sloped areas with more bare dirt than grass.
Greens. The worst kept Greens I have seen in many years.
It looks like the only maintenance done in probably years is mowing grass and maybe some fertilizer.
I don't have words that are fit for public consumption to describe what I think about that course.

Having played the Stadium course, I was not going to play here. Found an awesome deal on Golf now and decided to go for it. WAS IT EVER WORTH IT! Fairways and in superb condition. While the rough wasn't so deep that you couldn't find your ball, but deep enough to grab a lofted iron to get to fairway. Forget about going for the green. Greens were perfect. Reasonably fast and rolling as true as could be.
Layout, you would stand on the T-box and just drink it in. I am so glad I played it

The course was in very good condition. Staff were awesome. I loved the challenge of playing this great course.
However at the price they charge for playing this course one should not need to take 4 hrs and 55 minutes to get a round of golf played.
They need to add at least 2 minutes between groups.
The waiting time at nearly every Tee and approach shot put a serious shadow on what should be an awesome day.

The course was in great condition especially considering all the rain last couple of days.
Very frustrated that NOBODY seems to care about repairing their ball marks on Greens. Played with 2 members and neither of them ever pulled out a tool. I fixed 2+ of the worst ball marks on every green

The Greens are in very poor shape. The worst I have played all year including others Greens that had been aerated an sanded less than 2 weeks prior

Immaculately maintained course. The fastest greens I played all week. Was really windy, which is apparently a common occurrence.
Very few golfers out, so it felt like we had the course to ourselves
