First time and we were welcomed by Tom and Joe at the bag drop and Bill in the Pro shop. We were asked if we minded being matched with another couple and we said no. We had a blast with this couple a little younger than us but all over 70. The course was in great shape for mid February and the pace was very good.

The staff and the amenities are outstanding. The course was fun but needs work especially on the greens. It appears the greens have either been neglected or the unusual heat and rain has had a rough effect on them.
We had fun and would go back if we hear any good news on the conditions.

The rain here has run havoc for our golf courses especially those with drain challenges. So fairways can be wet but the greens here are in superior condition. The greens are very difficult which makes this a good course to play.
Played with my husband and 2 out of towners and behind some young lads so the pace on the 1st 9 was slow but fine on the 2nd 9. Fun course and wonderful staff.

First time wife and I played here and found the lay out great but the greens are very poor. We were matched with 2 gentlemen who were familiar with the course and made the round fabulous. One was Peter and we are Paul and Mary and we had a Russel.

We'd go back but not sure the greens will come back this season and as the summer wears on they might get worse.

My wife and I play from the forward tees and play best ball so we usually have a decent team score.

Vacationing in the area with grandkids we went to the course on a hot deal and loved it. The entire staff pro shop, starter, 19th hole were very friendly and helpful. The course is in fine condition. It is challenging but enjoyable even though we are seniors and high handicaps. We play best ball and forward tees to mitigate the aging process. We will be back before the vacation is over,

We hadn't played here for 3-5 years and were pleasantly surprised with the changes. The welcome laid back reception from Brett (co-owner) was delightful. The location is just off the ocean not visible across the Street because of a high breakwater. The terrain has always been a challenge, but recent landscape work is obvious and effective. The greens though recently aerated were in very good condition and challenging. Not a long course but requires attention to natural hazards i.e., salt marsh, natural growth that will eat the ball and small streams, The course is fun and well cared for including the greens, tee boxes and sand traps.
The co-owner runs the bar and restaurant with a well thought out menu. We had fresh berry salads which were fabulous. The costs of the food and drinks are very reasonable. Have already recommended it and plan on a few return visits. Wish the new owners the best and promise they and their staff will treat you well.

The course is in great shape even though it is a challenge especially with the weather this year. It is also well managed and all staff members are very professional and friendly. We were here in March and love the new pro shop and dining area in and out..

The course is in great shape despite the lack of rain. The pace was fine and the length of play time @ 4 hours. We liked the flat landscape and easy to follow layout.

The course was in excellent shape for late April and with rain the previous 2 days the ground was wet but not too bad. Only inconvenience was the carts are programmed to keep you on the cart paths which is good for the fairways but more walking than we wanted. But the walking is good for us.
However, the weather was warm enough and although cloudy and foggy it was very acceptable. The views were OK but on a clear day they must be spectacular. Before we left the sun had broken through so we got a glimpse.
The staff was very friendly and the club house and restaurant were great.
There were four of us and we all will be back soon.

There is enough open space for a recovery of a shot not down the middle but enough obstacles to challenge your accuracy. The tees, greens and fairways are being worked on so they are not in good condition partly I suspect the lack of rain. That gives you a good ball run but difficulty holding the greens. My wife and I have played the course twice and fond it fun and a good value. The staff are very friendly.

After reading other reviews and hearing the conditions from the Pro shop we knew there was work in progress and some greens and fairways are not in great condition. Hence we knew what we were in for but found that we had a fun afternoon and met and played the 18 with a nice couple who were good golfers. The pace of play was 4hrs, 40 min. with a 1:30 p.m. start. Liked the lay out and expansive fairways. Some cart paths are in need of repair but expect the construction is slowing that progress as well as getting the tee boxes, fairways and greens into shape. BTW the greens are very challenging. All in all we'd go back.

Great staff from cart support, clubhouse, snack bar and starter. The course is in great shape. We only played the back 9 and only had 1 glitch; a couple in front of us were slow and on the third hole drove their cart on the fairway and backed us and others up. Even with that our 9 holes were played in less than 2 hours. Met a wonderful couple after the round and enjoyed the complimentary drinks with them on the patio. From the bag drop to bags back to our vehicle the staff members were outstanding.

Course had several tee markers so great for all levels of golfers. We used carts but noted that for walkers the distance between holes was fairly long. Challenging dog legs, water and sand traps.

The greens were very good/fast for this early in the year. The fairways are still in winter/fall storms condition.
The pace of play was excellent. The staff were very polite and friendly.

Loved the generous fairways and the greens are well cared for. The pro was very friendly as were the 3 employees we came in contact with. Only 1 men's and ladies bathroom. There was a snack bar and Phil was very friendly and helpful. There also was a food cart on the course.

The course and it's historic markers of the past history were excellent. The staff were professional and made the extra effort to make us feel at home and welcome. For early February the course is in excellent condition. Had a great time.

Fun executive par 3 course in very good condition. The staff and fellow golfers were very friendly.
