Do you want to play golf and have an outstanding view of the Catalina Mountains, the Rincons, the city of Tucson all throughout the round? Then this is the "if I only have time for one course to play in Tucson at a reasonable rate" this is it!
I would have given it 5 stars but the traps are in need of work. Don't let that change your mind... this is a first class course. Have fun.

This was a well manicured course. Large open fairways to receive your drive. The rest was up to you. Nice staff.

Arizona National is a treat to play. You can not stand on the course to hit a ball and not be in awe of the stunning backdrops you have. The course is in great shape except for the sand traps. They are filled with rocks and the sand is course. But every other aspect of the course made it a pleasure to play. I would recommend giving it a go.

So friendly and welcoming. A challenge course for placement. Greens were nice and sand was consistent.

This course is beautiful and the practice facility is wonderful. The staff was polite and very accommodating. The view of the mountains stays with you on most holes along with rabbits, gambles quail, and road runners. A stunning experience except for one thing. The tees and the fairways are trimmed and manicured so nice. A pleasure to play out of. The sand is pretty consistent, given a little thin is some spots.. but I should not have been in them to begin with, right?
It's the greens.. we were amazed that so much has been put in to the rest of the course but the greens were second rate. They are bumpy, with grass unevenly mowed like the mower was heavy on one side and left a ridge. They are not filled in or smooth in places. They are large and could be as fun and exciting as the rest of the course but need some TLC. We would come back and play again. But no 5 until the greens run smoother.

What a gem nestled out away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Friendly staff and an interesting course layout. The greens were very receptive and the course was in very good shape.

Upon arriving the staff was friendly and accommodating. The course was in good shape and the greens rolled well. We rode and had a pace of play of 3.75 hrs. I would recommend the course. There are 3 18 hole golf courses here so you can find one that will satify your needs.

This is a good track that keeps you interested. You get to use all of your clubs and there is a variety of holes. As a low handicap female, I wish there were more rated tees for me. It was short from the front tees and the next tees (silver) were not rated for female golfers.
