Be sure to call before you book your tee time. They did not post a warning of any kind about the greens. It was completely sand. Useless to even putt on. Course layout was nice but would not book again without calling. They are suppose to warn players of these conditions prior or it’s a waste of money.

This was my first time playing Fleming and I must say, it has some fast greens and the layout can be challenging, but this is my new favorite course. This was the most well-maintained courses I’ve played. Even the tee boxes were in amazing shape. Watch out for the gators though!

Very nice course. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The course has a very fun layout with a few forced carry holes, some nice long fairways, and well -kept greens/bunkers. It's a nice combination of Par 3's, 4's, and 5's. The driving range and chipping/putting greens are fair. This was my second time playing. I just wish it wasn't so far from my home. Still worth the drive. I will certainly be back.
