We rode 9 on a typically hot South FL morning. We had a foursome of slow players ahead of us but they eventually let us play through. The course is beautiful, with some interesting undulations, a variety of lengths/hole designs, and quick greens. There are some narrow spots in fairways so watch out. All staff members were friendly and helpful. We look forward to next time.

This gem has a terrific layout, with a number of blind shots and pretty narrow fairways in spots. The greens were pretty quick and the fairways were in good shape. It was a breezy day, which certainly affected shot selection, but kept the temperature quite pleasant for August in South FL. The staff is certifiably nice; I can't wait to return.

January was one of the coldest on record; summer is one of the wettest on record. The greens (redone about a year and a half ago) are really starting to fill nicely. The layout is fun, with clever placements of water hazards. The course was aerated in early July, but all of the rain is helping growth. Unfortunately all of the rain has also slowed the greens. Construction work on #10 should help with drainage in that fairway.
The bar food is great and the staff members are wonderful..

I have played Lakeview a number of times, and am a big fan of the staff, the location, and the layout. Over the last several years I have noticed a real decline in the condition of the course. The greens have patches of invasive grass (St Aug?), and the turf on the tee boxes is abysmal.There are also some incorrect yardages posted on the tee boxes. I had quite a few bare lies around the greens. I hope the staff will invest some money and effort because I would love to keep playing this course, but in better condition.

We played the 9 for 9 special on Falcon just after noon (in July in South FL). Apparently there are lots of other crazy people because the course was quite busy, even on a stiflingly hot weekday. The course is gorgeous--natural with no encroaching houses or condos. The Paspalum greens roll great and the fairways are in wonderful shape.

This simply one of the most beautiful spots I have ever see. It is a fun layout with great greens and nicely placed bunkers. I had to rent clubs (which were not great). Next time I am in the area I will have my clubs and play every day. The salmon and brie appetizer at the restaurant is crazy and there is a good beer selection.

This is an extremely well maintained course, a Robert Trent Jones design. A few of the holes feature water, but no really difficult forced carries. Since it is a RTJ design, you can expect lots of well placed bunkers and really wavy greens. It would be nice to have water and restrooms on the course.
