Best day of golf I’ve ever played @ Laguna Seca. Did not see 1 other golfer during my entire round. Played 18 in 2 hrs 20 min. While a storm was predicted for the afternoon, it didn’t materialize. I was very fortunate and made the most of it! Course played like it was dry and was in good winter shape.

Not used to going out at 07:22 on a Saturday morning. But I must tell you that the play was fast and never had to wait to hit. Our 4some played the round in a little under 4 hours. Gorgeous day. Course in great shape.

Crew and course solid. 4 hour round. Some challenging pin placements near edges of green over sand traps. Bring your 60 degree!

Great course on the Monterey Peninsula that has it all: degree of difficulty, great views, pace of play, immaculate fairways and greens, awesome amenities, and all at a great price. Don’t miss this gem!!

Was a great day at Laguna: weather, course conditions, pace of play......Pretty solid game too considering I haven’t played in over a month. Lots of birdie looks, and a few birdies too!

Fun, well maintained golf course with friendly staff and good culinary and beverage options. A real gem and value in the heart of Monterey.

Definitely a little gem located in the city of Monterey: Convenient, reasonable, well maintained, attentive staff, good food with a wide selection of beverages. The pace of play was also quick. I've always had good experiences on and off the course there.

Eagle Rudge Golf Course is located in the beautiful hills above Gilroy, Ca. Been on my bucket list for awhile. We were informed upon our arrival that the sand traps were under repair and that we could either hit from the bunkers or drop the ball on the side of the trap no closer to the hole. That was a gift for us since we were playing here for the first time. Fortunately, I only hit into one bunker. The greens were extremely fast with many undulations. Very difficult for a first time player here. Had many lip out, as the pace was extremely important. Very windy in the late afternoon made for some challenging shot selections. All in all was a great experience.

Lots of roll on the fairways for those hitting a straight ball. Greens have many false fronts and multiple undulations. Need an accurate short game to score well.

Greens are very quick and tough to hold, nothing like the putting surface adjacent to the range. If you have never played this course before there are some false fronts and blind collection areas that your balls will find. All in all, it is a true test of your game that will challenge the accuracy and every other aspect of your game. Black Horse is one the best kept secrets on the Monterey Peninsula.

My friends and I absolutely love playing this private club where accuracy holds a much higher premium than distance. Beautifully surrounded by the Gabilan Mountains and rich farmland, the course winds through the contour of the gently rolling hills. The greens are incredibly quick and true. A quick round played on a very well maintained course at a reasonable price....What's not to like!!

First time playing in the desert and I must say that I was very impressed. Beginning with the staff, the wonderful practice facility, and the challenging course itself, made for a very special day! The course is well guarded with strategically located bunkers, plenty of barranca, and streams and ponds as well. This is truly an oasis in the desert!

The PG links has some of the most interesting holes imaginable. Really, when you play there, you're playing two distinctly different golf courses. On the front nine, the fairways meander through a tunnel of Cypress trees, while the back nine is wide open links style gold at its best with lots of sand dunes along the Pacific Ocean. It's really spectacular and a lot of fun!!

A day of golf at Laguna Seca Golf Ranch MUST begin with a trip to their premiere practice facility that is incomparable on the Monterey Peninsula, so get there early and work out the kinks!! The course itself this winter is in great shape and will test all your skills, so bring ALL your clubs. The pace of play all day was outstanding for our foursome as we were never held up or pressed. A great round was had by all!!
