Good condition, challenging layout with water on almost every hole but fair placements. Are used to play this year’s ago and it was in kind of rough shape but the new ownership has made many nice upgrades the last three years . Some of the par fours require backing off from the driver for a strategic landing. Only complaint is that people don’t read the signs and repair their ball marks on the greens, otherwise the greens putt nicely you just have to repair a few bumps before you putt.

Greens were in bad condition, many patches of dirt/sand, around greens also many bare patches making chipping especially difficult. I guess I shouldn't have been surprised paying $40.00+ for golf in SW Florida in height of season.
