I don’t usually write reviews , but I have to on this one… I’m a 10 handicap and member at biltmore where staff treats you nice and course is maintained … the silver was complete opposite … staff was mean and stuck up and greens were trash… not worth the money, I don’t care how much you got, pay to play somewhere else

The course was in immaculate shape, staff was very friendly and not stuck up like courses in Miami (that's where I traveled from) ... overall must play if in area

The staff was amazingly rude and treated us as like we were second class citizens ... On the other hand the course was in great shape and pace of play was very good for a Saturday

I can assure you that we greatly appreciate you as a customer, and I am very concerned with the way you were treated. I would love the opportunity to speak with you on the phone to discuss your experience further. It is our goal that every customer at Timacuan should receive world class service, and it is unacceptable if you experienced anything short of this. It is my plan at this point to try and identify the employees that have treated you poorly, so that they can be trained appropriately, reprimanded, or removed from their positions if necessary.

Greens just aerated... Wait another week to avoid frustration, overall the fairways in good position ... Pace of play was poor and no ranger to help facilitate pace of play
