This is usually my favorite course. They are currently undergoing extensive overhaul. Only 6 holes available and one of those is a par 4 that’s shortened to a par 3.

We checked in and only realized this course was shortened after we got to the 6th hole. When we addressed this, the staff said “there were plenty of signs and a notification on the website. Perhaps a verbal briefing when we checked in and paid would’ve been useful. Certainly, if 3 of us missed the sign, a verbal warning would’ve helped.

There wasn’t a start Marshal nor a mobile beverage cart the day we played.

I’m sure it will be a wonderful course (again) when completed but be advised of the construction for now.

This is one of our favorite courses in Ft. Worth. Far enough away from the airport to be quiet and well maintained with wider fairways that don't always bump into other fairways.
