Oak Quarry Golf Club
Played On 05/12/2020Great Coronavirus course
Had an epic day today finally back on the greens. Game was terrible but the course was impeccable. Can’t believe we played in exactly four hours for a round dead in mid-morning. Staff was understandably a bit on edge, but there is limited food and drinks available at check-in, at halfway house, and beverage cart.

Was stoked to find out the greens were punched recently, because it drops the rate down to where it's palatable. Normally I wouldn't play this course except super twilight as it's too pricey.
I looped the front nine twice in under two hours and barely saw a soul.
Morongo Golf Club at Tukwet Canyon - Legends Course

I absolutely love this course (technically there's two courses at the same property). Because there's two tracks, it's rarely ever crowded and you can scoot around quite quickly, which is the only way I like to play golf.
I can usually play about 27 holes in around 2:30. Granted I play almost exclusively weekday afternoons.
The quality to price ratio is off the charts here; this course is so freaking fun to play. Tons of variety and a great mix of hard and easy holes. My favorite!
Oak Quarry Golf Club

This is probably the nicest course and greatest layout of any golf course in the Inland Empire. The problem is you're usually going to pay for that. However, super twilight is a bargain in the summer and this course is so crazy fun.
Be warned the winds come up in the afternoon and it gets really tough! You won't find prettier views at many other courses out here. Great track and challenging.
Champions Club At The Retreat
Played On 01/17/2015Extremely difficult; very fun.
Great course. Great staff. Incredibly difficult tee and approach shots. Greens above average difficulty. Round was super slow, partly due to difficulty of course. We played behind a college team, who spent most of their time looking for lost balls!
