Buffalo Run Golf Course
Played On 06/08/2020Good tough test
2nd time I played BR this year. Conditions have improved, however, there still are areas under construction, including the driving range (mats only). Greens roll well. Rough is thick!!! I mean, they water their grass!!! Its at least a 1/2 stroke if you miss the fairway. Strike it well here to fully enjoy your round.
King's Deer Golf Club
Played On 05/22/2020Great course. Beautiful views.
Enjoyed this course! You must strike the ball well to score. Poofy drives will be lost in long native grass. Greens and fairways are in mid-season form. Greens roll well, will only get better as the season moves forward. I shall return as Golfnow offers great value.
Buffalo Run Golf Course
Played On 04/27/2020Great day on a great course
Tee times were on time. Did not have to wait on a single shot as pace of play was great. Course conditions were very good for end of April. The rough is green and thick. Fairway are decent, spotting is some area. Holes are equipped with flag-sticks and shallow cups. Greens held nicely and rolled pretty well. Its been 10 years since was last visit, will come back very soon! Great day, nice layout!
Antler Creek Golf Course
Played On 04/07/2020Great layout, poor conditions
This course is tough! Great layout, well designed and long! The condition where not very good though. Fairway were brown and crunchy. Greens on the front were mostly sand. Greens on the back were very hairy, but growing. I'd love to play this course again once the conditions improve. Did I mention its a tough course?
The Country Club at Woodmoor
Played On 08/06/2015Fun round at Monument
Decently maintained, tree lined course proved to be a good challenge for the first time out. There are some blind tee shots to some tight doglegs. You must hit the ball straight off of the tee, or it'll be a long day!Greens are receptive and roll well. I'd like to see more yardage markers. Great value on the hot deal!
Todd Creek Golf Club
Played On 6/18/2013Well maintained links style course.
Links course in good condition. Fairways are smooth; rough is thick but mown. Greens rolled very well. Barely any trees. Course defense is the rough, well placed bunkers and elevated greens. Free range balls on a range that has targets, but tough to gauge the distances. Nice putting green and chipping area. Will play again!
Plum Creek Golf & Country Club
Played On 5/27/2013Nicely maintained course with great views
Nice, well thought-out course by Pete Dye. Fairways are tighter than they look from the tee boxes, as they are elevated. Some pins looked hidden from the fairway, much visual deception. Greens are in good shape, and getting better from the recent aeration. Some par 3 tee boxes are a little beat up. Overall, I very good golfing experience.
