This course is a great layout. It plays well for all levels of golfers based on the available tees. Fairways are wide but with well placed bunkers. It offers all the shots during the course of the game with long par 4's that require long iron shots,, from a drive-able par 4, to a short island green par 3. The range and practice area are top notch. I've played this course 6 times, at all times of the year, and the course condition is always great. Level tee boxes and very well kept greens. We played just a few weeks after the greens were punched, and they were already playable.

Bear course has all the shots from the tips. Short par 3's. Long par 3's. Drive-able par 4. Reachable par 5's but 2 require a long tee shot to get home in two. Great layout and a fun course for the average golfer!
