Good value
Sun City country club is in good condition right now. I don't remember seeing any dear does in the grass. It's also nice to not have to deal with desert hazards on this course. We were still at the 90 degree rule for carts but they just overseeded in early October.

Nice course
I usually don't play the shorter courses like this that have par of 62 or so but this course was in great shape and we only had to wait on a couple tees on a Saturday morning. We had a great time and played very well. The course seemed to look different from hole to hole and didn't get boring.

Good value
The course was in decent shape after overseeding. The fairways are all in great shape but the greens were a little slow but hopefully they start cutting them a little shorter soon.
