The golf course is in a terrible condition. The tee off boxes have patchy grass and weeds. The putting greens are full of weeds and large areas are devoid of grass and the surfaces are uneven.
The cart paths are in poor condition with many areas of the cart paths are under water. There were 2 dogs without leashes and that ran towards us!
Overall, it was not a good experience. I will not play at this course again.

Cart paths in need of repair, numerous pot holes.
Areas of fairways, greens and roughs without grass, and earth exposed, needs repair..

Greens in poor condition, some greens with weeds, many seem to be under repair, and some replaced with temporary greens. On most of the greens, ball roll was quite bumpy.

Nice setting, challenging course, a lot of water and trees to contend with.
