I hadn't played Bear Creek in 20 years...
We booked a tee time on the Presidents course. When we got there the parking lot was empty they were only playing the front 9 twice, but the pro shop moved us over to the Challengers for the full 18. The Greens were soft and receptive, and you could easily put your tee in the tee boxes. The fairways were well trimmed, but they left the clippings sit in the fairway. The rough was long, and a ball in the rough was a lost ball.
The Drink cart girl was very polite and there when we needed.
We played the course in under 3 hours, and we had to wait on a few hols for the group in front of us.

For the price, in Houston, you can't beat it!
