Course was wet; Cart path only which made for long walks to play shots. Greens rolled true and consistent; probably running 9-10. Very good pace of play considering the cart path only conditions. Fairways in good condition, but very wet. Didn't seem to drain well. Overall, good value. Back nine has more character than front which seemed like holes were similar.

. Good layout.. Very well maintained. Will return
Good layout.. Very well maintained. Recently top dressed greens were uncut and made for slow, but true putts. Beautiful scenery along Sound. Will return.
