It’s a shame such a nice course layout is not being kept up to what it needed to stay at for a nice experience......been going here for 5 years and seems like a little each year something is ignored or just not cared for correctly due to cost or whatever the reason is......any more 1-.....bunkers are not bunkers...more like mud pits now...2-fairways have needed a true ‘thatching’ and re-work or true punching prior to true results-seeding’.....and 3-the greens are certainly not cared for in what I remembered.....I think there was only maybe 3-4 that we’re passable........like i said.....it’s a sad story and a shame........I know it’s Desert Hot Springs....but it is a desert staple course which could be a great day of golf like the ol’days.....when ‘Tournament’ conditions were the minimum standard.......just A Sad Story.....hope they’re ok next year....hope it s gays or gets the attention it needs.....
