Coyote Ridge Golf Club
Played On 09/29/2022Course Under Repair
The course is under repair, with the bunkers being completely rebuilt with some being removed or reduced. Hole #8 was completely closed due to the ongoing repairs, which left us to play #1 twice to get in our 18 holes. Fairways and greens were in GREAT shape, though the flag and flagstick on hole 17 was missing so you had no idea where to aim your approach shot. The cart paths are on their last legs and need to be fully redone. The clubhouse was recently redone and it is absolutely phenomenal. I only did not recommend this course because all of the bunkers are listed as under repair. Once that is corrected, I would highly encourage anyone to play this course as it will be going fully private in a few years.
Bear Creek Golf Club - West Course
Played On 09/12/2019An interesting track that is decent as public courses go.
For this being the end of a hot Summer, they have done a decent job maintaining the greens, fringe, and rough.. The tee boxes, fairways, and especially the bunkers need help. Trying to figure out why the grass was dry but the bunkers were wet, which made a good number of them unplayable and inconsistent. Lots of unfilled divots in the fairways and just about every bunker needed to be raked due to inconsiderate players.

Played On 12/02/2018Nice greens and fairways, but there are a few issues
The greens are in great shape, as is the majority of the fairways and rough. The bunkers are mostly playable however in several I found the fabric liner has surfaced forcing players to move the ball to a playable area of the bunker. The water from the Trinity has greatly encroached on this course, making the back 9 a bit tricky to navigate and making #10 more treacherous than normal. The clubhouse is exceptional and the practice area is very decent. We had their large breakfast burritos and for $8.66, each, which included salsa and a hash brown, found them tasty and reasonably priced.
Awesome! We're pleased that our course conditions met your expectations and we appreciate your feedback on our bunkers. We're also glad that you enjoyed our menu and found it to be a good price. We hope to have you back again soon for your next round!

Played On 12/15/2017Great course conditions
Played on a Friday morning. Course was not busy at all. In fact, one of the marshalls even invited us to hit an extra ball or two if we wanted because it was so open. The greens were FAST and perfect. The fairways were cut very tight and the bunkers had good sand. Only a few minor cart path and fairway irrigation/drainage blemishes. The electric carts are nice, and the food from the grill was quite good, although the fries could have been better. Friendly staff. Not-so-friendly golf course. There are some long par 3's, some very narrow areas, and number 10....simply tough! Had a great time and will be back soon. BTW...one of, if not the nicest clubhouse of any public course in town.
Thank you for taking the time to review us. Your feedback is valuable, and we appreciate your business. Coyote Ridge Golf Club thanks you!
