This was one of the best courses in the area, key word there being was.. I do not know what happened , but while the layout is awesome. The greens were the worst I have ever played on Most of them had no grass, and were punched. Your ball on putts would bounce all the way to the hole. One put bounce at least 2 inches in the air. So disappointing as this was one of the beast layouts in central Florida. The staff did not seem to care. My partner went to the pro shop after our round to complain, and he was give the excuse that Golf now had a big star on the site explaining the site, . He said this between bites of his food. If you book a hot deal on GN, there is no notation about the condition of the greens. It will be a while before I return to this course. Such a shame it is in this condition.

I have played here numerous times , Today was a best ever day on PL. We played in just over 4 hours, did not have to wait on any holes. Course was in excellent condition. We stopped after the front nine to ride out a thunderstorm, went out to play the back nine, again had no issues. Greens were in good shape , tee boxes were excellent I love the fact that after a thunderstorm the fairways and greens are still playable.. The only downer for the day was I made a hole in one on number six, and the staff was rather ho hum about it. Otherwise a awesome day/

This was the second time for us to play this course. The design is excellent , challenging, but fair. Greens in excellent condition. That being said, there was no starter or course ranger, so pace of play was ridiculously slow It was a 5 hour round . We waited almost every hole. Realizing it was a holiday Monday a ranger sure could have helped
