Longhills Golf Course
Played On 11/20/2020Meh
The one thing I commend them on is actually laying sod in the areas that really need it. On course bathroom was disgusting and I’m pretty sure someone rubbed their BM over the toilet seat. Staff is not bad and are usually personable. Still too much $$ for not a great golf course. I understand it’s owned by Lindsey, but be real guys. Over $40 without Golfnow tee time. Too much.
Longhills Golf Course
Played On 09/19/2020Decently fun golf course
Course is in better shape than the previous time I played. Grass is better in some fairways and still non existent in others. Booked a 9:30 tee time with pro shop and when ready for my time, had to wait on two groups in front of me because everyone was backed up. Would greatly help with time management on course if someone were to monitor tee times and make sure groups are playing in adequate times. Range is consistently closed because workers are too busy trying to play “rock, paper, scissors” to see who goes to gather range balls. Overheard from two employees when finished with round getting a drink from clubhouse. Overall, decent track for a little too much money, but it’s the closest one within 10 miles that’s not private.
Longhills Golf Course
Played On 03/23/2019No Food in clubhouse
Course is in decent condition to say the least. Better maintenance is needed around greens and fairways need more grass. It’s been raining on and off here for about 2 months or so I understand that. Clubhouse should be stocked with food and at least some hot dogs, but nothing. Course is very over priced without golf now tee time. Only play here for convienence.
Longhills Golf Course
Played On 05/20/2018Course is actually looking better, but still in it’s infancy stage. The grounds crew have done excellent work on the greens but fairways are still sparse in areas. Only one person working in the clubhouse which can be frustrating if you are just trying to get a drink or food. Clubhouse has very few items to purchase (clubs, balls, etc). Overall, 6.5/10. But for the hot deal tee time, it’s worth it. Otherwise, still too expensive to justify condition of course.
