Very slow pace of play. No marshal on the course to keep pace playing at a decent speed...on the back nine there were SEVERAL TIMES where we had 2-3 foursomes backed up and NO MARSHAL. This has become the Norm at Sandpiper...it's affordable and close, but beginning to wonder if the convenience is worth the break of rhythm in pace of play

No Marshall.
Super slow pace of play. Foursome in front of us played VERY SLOW. No Marshall, no Golf etiquette. They would NOT let faster players play through. 3 groups of golfers backed up. Did I mention NO MARSHALL. we play here every other week, but if this keeps up, we'll take our HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE.
THE GROUP BEHIND US, THEY PLAYED THROUGH US THEN SKIPPED A HOLE TO GET PAST THE FOURSOME IN FRONT OF US. WE WOUND UP DOING THE SAME THING.

IF THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE A MARSHALL TO ENFORCE PACE OF PLAY, THEN EVERYONE SHOULD AVOID THIS COURSE

No Marshall, no Cart Girl, Poor Golf Etiquette, Green Rough and Aerated, Fairways poor, burnt, about 65% Fairway Grass, the rest is BURNT or NO GRASS AT ALL.
Me and my buddies have been playing her for almost 15 years.

So bad the foursome in front of us actually came back AND STOLE OUR MONSTER DRIVE from the middle of the fairway on the 12th hole.
When we confronted them, they FLAT OUT LIED ABOUT STEALING OUR BALL.

So I'm going to do exactly peshel play was horrible. It was cart path only. Every hole balls were plugged in the Fairway lost several balls due to not being able to find them with being plugged. No Ranger or Marshall trying to keep up the pace of play. Conditions were awful. In all reality they should have closed the course that weekend due to sogginess

All in all a pretty good deal. Green fees a little bit high for the condition of the course. Some temporary greens and some tee boxes under maintenance so all moved to the furthest forward tee box. Staff is friendly, wish they would keep their rates a little bit lower for those of us who keep them open around rather than catering to the snow birds

Had to wait out a small thunderstorm in the Bar, 45 minutes later we teed off to s BEAUTIFUL COURSE. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, good food at bar and a large variety of beer, wide, and spirits. Will Definitely play again

CLUB HOUSE PERSONELL NEEDS HUGE, HUGE ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT. Booked Tee Time through GolfNow.com. When we finished we wanted to plsy ANOTHER 9 HOLES. It was MORE EXPENSIVE to play an additional 9 holes that the FULL 18. Lady in Club House was RUDE, INDIFFERENT ATTITUDE, even though we played a full 18, requested to play another 9. Other Local Courses give a SUBSTANTIALLY more Reasonable rate considering YOU ARE ALREADY OUT THERE AND HAVE PAID GREEN AND CART FEES. Ranger on the Other Hand was Polite, cheerful, helpful, knew regular customers by name. Course in over all pretty good conditions, and although it's not a long Course, has PLENTY OF CHALLENGES to make you use Some Woods and most of your Irons.
