Ditches come into play on many holes, with mud everywhere, as a result of recent rain storm. Greens were great and most fairways. They had to convert a par 5 to a par 3, because of mud.There was no parking because of a tennis tournament. They made us park offsite, and had to take a shuttle to the course. As a result we were late for or tee time.

Great course. Tee time was 2:52. We planned on getting buffet at 1, followed by golf. I called the pro shop in advance to confirm that we could get the buffet. The woman at the pro shop told us that the buffet would be open to 2:30. When we checked in on Sunday at 1, we were told that buffet closed at 1 because of a special event and that there was no food available. We had to leave to get lunch elsewhere. I was very disappointed with the pro shop person that i relied on.

When I showed up for my 1:20 tee time, there were no carts. I prepaid for a round of golf with a cart. There were no pull carts either. I had to carry, if I wanted to play. Terrible course conditions. Bunkers not playable.

I was very disappointed in the condition of fairways. Patches, bald spots,dirt, burn out, etc. The course layout is great.They need to figure out how to improve fairways.

Every aspect of course is first class. Excellent greens. Fast and true

Sand traps are like hard pan. Not enough sand in bunkers to get under ball. Someone is not doing their job on the bunkers. Otherwise it is a beautiful course.
