It always feels like a privilege playing this course. Have been playing since I was in high school and it never disappoints. The condition of this course is immaculate right now. It’s like putting on a pool table. If you get the opportunity it’s a must play

Every other year I book a round at the golf course 3 miles from my house at the City of Hollywood’s Orangebrook Golf Course. I am always disappointed. It’s like everyone at the course had accepted it’s a run down, poorly managed venue and always look like they wish they were somewhere else. Depressing would be your first description. The clubhouse and restaurant look so run down and each entrance has a fire warning from the city’s Fire Department. Not encouraging. The sign acknowledges this place is a fire trap and you are on your own. The course is the perfect example of paying low dollar for its employees. Lot’s of uncut grass, weeds, bare spots in greens, no water on the 36 hole property and bunkers unplayable. Shame is it’s a good layout. But for over thirty years it’s been a course of last resort. But the Canadian winter visitors keep it alive. Probably blame should be on The City of Hollywood for never bringing in a reputable group to manage and low balling the investment. But we golfers suffer the brunt. I drive 20 minutes to play and practice at Pembroke Lakes instead of three minutes to Orangebrook. Kind of sums it all up. But it does look appealing as you drive by it on I-95…….

Shocked at how this was rated so well and was below average. They must write their own reviews. Layout was fine. Quasi - Links style. Lot's of foreign grass in all of the fairways. Tees were uneven and greens were very hairy and slow. DISAPOINTED

This Biltmore is truly a landmark golf course and one of the finest in the region. Beautiful first impression as you pass the historic hotel which is central to the course. First class practice facility is the first impression of the course. Country Club quality conditions greet you on the first tee. Not the most difficult course in the region but it’s all you need. Classic Donald Ross course that is true to the masters details as the re-do of the course used his notes from the Golf Hall of Fame in Pinehurst. 17th hole might be the best in Dade County. Pricey but what would this quality of golf course cost you if a member? If it is a little steep save up as the day will be worth it. Two thumbs up, more if I had them……

Surprisingly nice track. Played it on a Saturday afternoon and got around a 3 1/2 hours. Course was in surprisingly good shape. Greens were rolling around a nine or 10. But it’s still pretty solid. Would play again

No Canadian winter residents so the course is remaining open to the public. Lucky us. Great course with some challenges but not super hard. Can score well. Above average greens give the County Club feel. Pretty hidden but once found you will enjoy.....

Fun play. Conditions are not great. Greens are pretty slow. But 9 holes of Donald Ross golf on the back nine. Avoid during rainy days....

Right now the worst conditioned golf course in Broward County and possibly the tri-county. It's just in such poor condition and they seem to accept that as it's been this way since well before 2000. Greens are rolling at about a 4 with such poor grass. Most good courses fairways would putt smoother. Traps are pretty much unplayable. Tees are uneven, Fairways are bare and St. Augustine grass owns the rough.

Pluses - not many sand patches on the green. Extra high rough around the greens challenging. Not much play so we as a well hitting twosome went around in 2 hours and 10 minutes. The layout is old school interesting. 2 per threes in a row twice in the round and 2 short par-5's to begin the round of the Par 70 Donald Ross design. Great walking course with the old school design. BIGGEST PLUS - City passed a bond referendum to put money into this course. That is what would return this old jewel to it's status as a revered Donald Ross design. But until then you have been warned....

For the review must give allowances for Coronavirus measures. No range (members only) so that was tough after two hour drive to play golf. Course was summer rough shape in the fairways but greens were excellent and rolled around 12 on the meter. Nice layout. But felt like July and not just because of the 90 degree weather

I don’t know how they have kept their maintenance staff. The greens were bad municipal level. For $90

Played this course after reading about it in a local golf magazine. They said it was under new management and was lush and scenic. They were on point. Right on the intracoastal this is one place you should play. I rarely say that.....

The easier of the two sides but don't underestimate the West Course. A solid test of golf awaits on a very attractive course. The greens didn't look great (a little burnt looking) but rolled well. Fairways are lush and ball doesn't get very dirty on this course as there are few sand spots. A little expensive but worth the extra investment. In a region of diminishing golf courses Jacaranda is still a solid track

Not noted in anything. Got there yesterday and was told the back nine was sold and they converted the front nine into a par 62 executive course. NO NEW INFORMATION ANYWHERE. Immediately cancelled and asked for a full refund. BUYER BEWARE
