This is a very nice and playable Palmer layout. Unfortunately the initial vision of a Palmer Signature course never came to fruition. Obviously maintenance money is an issue. But the green fee reflects that. There is value here for your dollar. Play at lunchtime and you will have the course to yourself. Enjoy the varied holes and accept that some greens might be a little raw with small tuffs of crabgrass and fairways don’t yield much roll. Play the appropriate set of tees and enjoy!!
