It’s Arizona, so every course is overpriced. I will say that this is a $40 course max. Dead grass galore and rocks everywhere.

No Marshall at all. 25 minutes delay from scheduled tee time. Group of 7 were allowed to play together. After complaints of severe slow play, we had to beg for a rain check. 5 holes took hour and 30 minutes. Rain check was written for only Saturday/Sunday after 11:00 AM. Asian Asst. Pro was rude and tried to make excuses because it were his friends in the group of 7.

Great idea and layout, but the condition of the course isn’t $90 worth. $60 at most for the condition of the course.
