Greens are rolling well, everything else is below average
The fairways and tee boxes are average. The bunkers are terrible. The greens are rolling pretty well.

Decent course
I have played here a few times. Greens are decent, fairways are decent, and rough is decent. Staff is friendly. Price is fair if booked online. Gnats can be frustrating throughout the front nine.
