Watch in the course

I played on the Mesa Linda course with my friend on Saturday, 10/24/2020.

Tee grounds:
White and Blue tee-marks were located on the same spot. That was ok.
The problem is that all the tee grounds were bare grounds without grass because nobody didn't move the tee marks for several days and all players used the same spots as a hitting ground. I think nobody cares the tee grounds and the courses at all.

Fairways:
There are many spots of mud and bare ground.

Hello, We are sorry to hear about your frustration. We are currently reseeding the tee boxes and this is the reason why the Blue and the White tee markers are in the same place. Again we are sorry to hear about your frustrations and if you need anything else please give us a call. Thank you for taking the time to share you experience with us.

Too much delayed play and dangerous play

Our play in Los Lagos on 10/3/2020 was dreadful. It was taken more than 5 and half hours. We had to wait for 5-10 minutes every hole, especially in front nines.
I couldn't see any attendant/Marshal on the course.
The team behind us would push us as if we were the players who caused this delay. In the 15th hole, they hit our cart at the side of the green.
Why Costa Mesa CC is getting worse in the management?
Every time at the first tee-ground, the starter should officially give the important rules/etiquette during Pandemic to the players. The marshal should keep watching the players to keep to play on time and keep the proper distance ahead.
My friends asked me to change to play at the other golf courses.

Good news be delivered to 1-2 neighbors but Bad news be delivered to more than 10 neighbors.

Interval of 9 minutes means the constant distance between groups.

On 7/25/2020, there were two groups of younger person(8 players), whose starting times were 11:25am & 11:34am. They drank beers from the first tee and were drunken since mid of front half. Sometimes 8 players got together in the same hole and delayed the flow of the game.
On that day we finished our game over 5 hours.
Furthermore, the next group chased us too closly without the distance.

I recommend two things.

First, the starter at the first tee ground has to say the players to keep the distance between groups and send a group with the 9 minute interval exactly.

Second, please keep marshals to watch the behavier and the distance of groups constantly.

We all loved the Costa Mesa golf courses with the good quality control from May, but recently getting worse.

Please keep your good quality in every aspect for us to enjoy it there.

Best regards,
