An enjoyable course to play if you can hit it straight. Water comes in play on 14 holes.
Busy when we played yet we managed a 4 hour round. Greens are in good condition.

Course gets a heavy play in the winter season. Prices are high but vacationers will pay it. Not a good area for the local golfer.

Prices are way to high for the quality of this course. They are just taking advantage pf the public demand for golf. The greens are terrible and the fairways are almost as bad. To top it off the 18th green has bare stripes ten feet apart across the whole green thanks to an oil leaking mower.

The greens have improved greatly with overseeding. Fairways are sparse. Some grass, some hardpan. Not exactly lush.The holes and bumps in the cartpaths have been mentioned to people in charge but no change since last summer. If you have a bad back stay away ! Everyone complains but no one acts. Bad management prevails. Spend some $$ and get some fill. I am sure that the superintendant would spread it.

It was cart path only after a weekend of rain but the course was very playable. Several holes played quite long.
New owners are doing all they can to bring the course back to original condition as it was 15 years ago. I have played this course since it opened so I welcome the improvements.

The greens are the main reason to play. The fairways have been taken over by weeds and foreign grasses. Much work is needed.

There is a video ad playing on local TV that is totally misleading. Many tee areas are thin grass and sand.

This is a Jack Nicklaus Signature Design Course.
The greens are extremely undulating and difficult to read and to putt. Not a course to play too often as the price is high and 6 to 8 three putt greens is not fun for the average player. the practice facilities are good. Nice range and practice green with a good bunker for sand practice.

There are some very good par three holes. Also 3 good par fives. Some of the four pars are a bit short but require accuracy. Overseeded greens will be ok after they mature.
Because of the improved conditions the course was quite busy. May be a bit far out for some. It was a 30 mile ride from Jupiter.

The greens are quite slow with a lot of grain. Several have some odd grass mixed in. With a little TLC could be a lot better. You cannot grow grass in November ! There is a redeveloment plan proposed for hotel and condos. It looks like they are waiting for a decision. The staff needs a little polish and enthusiam. Ok for a $25-$30 green fee, no more.

The grass is poor on many tees and fairways. Some greens are in very poor condition. If you cannot grow grass in the summer you are in trouble. It looks as if the green super has given up or posssibly quit.

Evergreen has all the amenities of a class operation. The golf course is in great condition. Greens that are among the best in the area. An interesting layout, challenging but playable.

Normallyy a very nice course to play, but due to many heavy rainstorms recently conditions warranted being closed. Some holes were almost impossible to play. We had to pick up the ball and find an area that we could hit from. Play was held up by 2 very slow foursomes. On the 12th hole we saw a ranger and we walked over to talk to him. We told him that our GPS said that we were 20 minutes behind and could he ask the lead foursome to pick up the pace. He refused and drove off.

Course was very wet. 2 par 4 holes shortened to 140yds par3.
Called in before booking and told no cart path only. At least 8 holes were roped off to keep carts off. Greens were like sponges, soft and bumpy. Standing water everywhere off the fairways and between holes. Starting around 12 noon, play was very slow. 2 slow 4 ball groups held up play. No rangers !
