Good deal-, but just in Ok shape
Free for range balls, inexpensive golf now fee, and an ok layout. The fairways were spotty but the greens were all ok.
For $13- a steal

Great value
The layout was interesting enough, the greens were appropriately challenging - just slow as they keep it a little longer for summer. The staff helped by breaking up random foursomes- speed of play was great. And the price was a steal!
