Pretty good conditions for an older layout. Course runs through houses but fairways are nice and wide. Two issues are that there are too many bunkers, both fairway bunkers and green side bunkers and that there is no driving range, just an old net to hit into.

Enjoyed the round. Fairways where in great shape but the greens ran slow and rough, they needed mowed and rolled. Pace of play was a little slow also.

Excellent conditions. Greens ran fast and true. Course runs through houses but fairways are wide enough to not be a problem. Practice facilities and clubhouse are great. Would play here again.

Great conditions both fairways and greens. Wide and forgiving fairways. Only problem area is no driving range, just a net to hit into but would play again.
