Ok, the conditions, especially the rough, could be better. But, the layout has some interest and the greens were consistent. And, there are real trees with some size that offer some nice shade, especially welcome in the summer heat.

Great greens; reasonably quick and true. Pick the right tees. It can be a long day from the tips unless you're pretty good.

The day was hot, 105. The snack bar was closed and there are only 2 fountains on the course so you're at the mercy of the drink cart. Suggest you bring your own water. The greens were very slow; maybe they were worried about the heat and didn't mow. The fairways are spotty at best. Not a good fill of bermuda. On the plus side, Red's has a great burger.

The fairways filled in nicely. The greens were a little slow, but not bad. Overall we were very surprised at how well it played. We will be back.
